National Art Educators Association Awardee

Our Director, Megan Hallett, traveled to the National Art Educators Association Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, this year to receive an award for her arts leadership as the culminating event for the School for Art Leaders leadership program that she participated in over the last year. She also gave a conference presentation entitled, “I Love You More Now than I did 45 Minutes Ago.” This was an examination of how the artmaking we do with youth and families enhances our connectedness to the people and places that we love.
